A Craigslist alternative in Palm Beach County
UListPost is a simple classifieds board for Palm Beach County — Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton — built on the idea that made Craigslist work: pick your area, pick a category, read plain listings, contact the poster. No accounts to browse, no feeds, no endless scrolling.
What is the same
- Local first. One board per area. You only see posts from your area's towns.
- Plain listings. A title, an amount, a town, a date. Categories and towns in simple lists, two taps to what you need.
- Open posting. Anyone can post. Home services, jobs, gigs, for sale, housing, community — the same six corners as any classifieds board.
What is different
- Every post is screened before it goes live. An AI clerk runs five checks on each post — license and DBPR match, identity consistency, photo screening, scam text patterns, and a duplicate check. Posts that fail wait for a human; they do not sit next to yours. How screening works.
- Free during the launch, then one flat fee. Posting is free during our 90 day launch. After the launch: $12 for a licensed pro post, $5 for most other posts, job posts free during the pilot — a post runs 30 days. There are no per call charges and no paying to share one customer with four competitors.
- Local focus. UListPost is launching in Palm Beach County first, so the board fills up town by town instead of spreading thin across the whole country.
